Given our curated selection of premium home essentials like TV consoles, coffee tables, sectional sofas, and bar carts—many featuring custom craftsmanship—order processing typically requires 3-5 business days (extended compared to standard furniture retailers). During peak seasons, processing may extend to 5-7 business days. Order cancellations are exclusively accepted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Beyond this period, your order enters our specialized fulfillment pipeline and becomes non-cancellable, though our generous return window provides ample reconsideration time.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee the superior quality of our home furnishings. You may return unused items in original condition within 21 days of delivery (significantly longer than industry standards). For exchanges of large items like sectional sofas or TV consoles, we allow 30 days to accommodate potential shipping complexities. Initiate returns through www.kahfurni.com and select preferred resolution options. Please note: Custom-configured furniture and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are permanently excluded from return eligibility.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our premium standards, returned items must: (1) Display no assembly marks, scratches, or functional alterations (2) Contain all original packaging including KAHFURNI protective wraps and hardware kits (3) Preserve intact product labels and documentation. Our quality team performs comprehensive inspections upon return receipt. Items failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense within 14 business days accompanied by a detailed condition assessment.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return—this extended duration ensures thorough evaluation of furniture integrity. Refund amounts exclude initial delivery charges and return shipping fees. For payments processed through PayPal or credit cards, allow additional 3-5 banking days for fund reappearance in your account. During holiday periods, processing may extend up to 18 business days.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error (incorrect/damaged item delivery). We strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping methods—KAHFURNI cannot assume liability for return shipments lost in transit. For exchanges exceeding $500 in value, we provide prepaid freight labels (deducted from your refund if unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

We coordinate complimentary return shipping and prioritize replacement dispatch (subject to inventory) or issue complete reimbursement including original delivery fees.     Made-to-order furniture configurations and personalized finishes constitute final sales. For seasonal purchases (November 20 - January 5), the return window extends to February 1.
